Is Seminyak Rentals rates are all inclusive?

Dear Kadek,

we have finaly decided!We confirm Villa Jeramy with 3 bedrooms for the period August 11th to 16th (5 nights) and the same Villa Jerami with 3 bedrooms for the period August 19th to 23rd (4 nights). In the time in the middle we’ll go around Bali to visit your Country:Must be beautiful and for us will be a good opportunity to go a bit around!Can you please let me know:1. the total amount (with all inclusive!) for the 9 nights2. how and when we have to pay the first amount (how much is it?)3. how and when we have to pay the last amount
