Happy Employees with LEED Certification
I decided that if happy workers in my building relayed into having a higher production rate, then I wanted to share the information I learned so other businesses could reap the rewards. After receiving the LEED certification, I decided I wanted to do some tests and measures of the employees working in the new environment. If I could prove they were producing at a higher level and had a higher sense of satisfaction from their job, then I could show that there is a higher level of return on my employee investment. The testing started the first week after completion of the new construction and certification.
