Buy and rent back scheme required in Buglawton, Congleton
I need someone to Buy and Rent Back My House so that I can pay off my outstanding mortgage and credit cards debts quickly.
The house is a 5 bed detached with a nice garden and outside garages. Its worth about £300K and I only have a small mortgage left to redeem.
My local estate agent said that it may be best if I approach a rent back company to buy the house from me and then rent it back under a new tenancy agreement.
Ideally I would like the tenancy to be at least 6 years and below average rent so that I can afford the new rental payments.
I can then clear off some debt and I would like to go on holiday to Cyprus with the rest of the money and also pass some to my son for his wedding next summer time.
Any other recommendations for sell and rent back schemes would be great.
