What’s most important in a diamond
An important question when budgeting your purchase for a diamond engagement ring is which of the four Cs is most important. Diamond Clarity is important, because you definitely don’t want a diamond that has blemishes that are noticeable to the unaided eye. Diamond Color is important because you don’t want a diamond that looks yellowish with a “warm” tone to it – you want a diamond that’s ICEY white. Carat is important because you definitely want a diamond that isn’t going to look too small. But I believe the most important factor when buying a diamond is Diamond Cut. This can truly make or break whether or not the diamond you’re buying is beautiful, or a complete dud.
