The Anxiety Relief Plan

We have a family member that has recently been diagnosed with anxiety attacks and had to call us the other day to come and pick her up due to one of these attacks.  The doctor told us that the medication she has been on does not seem to be working.  He suggested a plan panicaway review to look into that might be helpful.  This would be something that she will need to self apply by realizing the cause of her attacks and learning how to keep from having another one.  She agreed this sounded like a good plan and has started the program.
