Lower Bar Means Different Content
This particular site I came across when I was looking for information about godaddy hosting and I thought it was hilarious. These days people make a site about anything. Part of the reason is because setting up a site is much easier when all you have to do is click a button and have an instant content management system. You can also get a domain for less than $10. Now you have an entire site that the entire world can see. Is amazing how fast and how easy something to be set up. Now that the bar is so low you will see that many people are doing it such as this site which I actually happen to like a lot. Some people will not like it but then again everyone has different tastes.
