My friend Cal, recently decide to purchase an older home that needed some fixing up. He wanted to make a little money, by repairing and then selling for a profit. He was on a strict budget and his goal was to work on the house by making the necessary changes, painting, and replace broken windows and doors. He also wanted to do a little landscaping to make the yard look more presentable. After evaluating all that needed to be done, Cal decided that he really needed to purchase new garage door openers in an effort to make the garage safe and secure. By purchasing this, he was hoping it would increase the value of the home for a minimal output of money.
