It is important that you put yourself on a schedule when you begin to diet. By putting together a lose weight diet plan you are setting yourself up for dieting success. For example, if you plan to exercise every morning, then eat some fruit for breakfast, shower, head to work, etc. and you stick to that schedule, it makes it easier to maintain your diet and exercise regime. Also, by planning a menu a week in advance and shopping based on that menu means that you will have less foods in your home that are against what you are trying to do for you body.
