Juice for Health
My health is my top priority. I eat right and exercise and always try to get to bed at a reasonable hour. I was not always so healthy. I used to take in so much poison in the form of caffeine and artificial sweeteners in things like coffee and sodas. My old habits were based on choosing what I liked but not taking the health effects into consideration. All of that changed when I had a health scare that turned out to be nothing, but it made me think about improving my habits. Now I have replaced all those caffeine beverages with juice drinks to be sure that what I am drinking is good for me.
