Drug Counseling Helped my Mom
I forced my mother to face her alcoholism when I was just a teenager. I was tired of seeing her wasting all her money on alcohol, but I was even more tired of the absent-minded person she had become. When I told her how I felt, she started crying and swore she was going to change. So she got herself into a drug abuse rehab center. It was a really hard situation for us, especially me being so young, but drug and alcohol counseling was really helpful. She has been sober for several years now, and I could not be happier for her!
