The Importance of a Fax
Last week I had an insurance claim to file, and I was in a hurry to get it behind me. The agent asked that I fax her a copy of what it was that I needed replaced. I did not have a fax number for her to respond to me with, so I had to use a local business. It would have been a much more simple process to deal with, had I a fax machine of my own. They are not that expensive to buy, but I am sure that most people do not want to deal with the added expense.
