Lack of Information in Sale Letter Leads to Loss of Customer
While browsing the Internet for information about diet supplements, I was attracted to an extremely clever website. The web design was an attention getter and I began to read the content about the diet aides that were offered for sale. After seeing the excellent design of the page, I was terribly disappointed in the content of the sale letter that accompanied the website. It contained just basic information about the product such as availability, pricing, and shipping costs. No mention was made of the results the purchaser should expect from the product, any possible unpleasant side effects, or a guarantee should the purchaser not be satisfied and want their money back. Since this was the information that was most important to me, I skipped this website and went onto another. It had all the information that I needed to know about the product and that was the one that I purchased.
