Keep the Family Business Modern and Profitable
My family has been in the automotive repair business my whole life. Owning our own garage is great, but takes a lot of capital to keep it up to date. I obtained a Commercial Mortgage Loan, using the garage as collateral for the loan. With the money I borrowed I am able to buy new hydraulic lifts, a tire rotation machine and I built a new bay so we can service more cars each day. In order to repay the loan, I simply make small monthly payments over a thirty year period. With all of these improvements, I can proudly hand over the family business to my kids someday.
