Customer service is a computer work from home job. Many companies now rely on work from home employees or remote employees to work for them. All you need to get started with customer service is computer with high speed Internet, a land line and a good head set. Most companies will train you and you can make decent money. It is like you have your own call center at home. Some companies do require a quiet work space, so babies crying in the background and dogs barking is a big no no. Companies are no longer send call center work offshore, but using work from home employees to meet their business needs. Polls show work at home call centers are more reliable and less apt to call in.
